Absolutely fantastic service 100%. Very accommodating to us during a recent A/C unit failure. Provided prompt friendly service even though their schedule was very busy/full. We were so appreciative they made time for us and replaced our furnace & A/C prior to the high heat that was headed our way. River Cities you ROCK!!
Great place. Called wed afternoon and had someone show up the next day. The employee that came by was Matt and such a nice guy and knowledgeable. Anyway got the air conditioner up and running. I for sure will give them a call if I have furnace or air conditioner issues in the future.
These guys are fantastic! Very responsive when called and showed up immediately when I was out of town and had a gas leak emergency. Eric knew right away what the issue was and promptly fixed it. I used the company again for installation of a gas line and vent fan for my kitchen project. They were knowledgeable, timely, and neat. Will use this company again without hesitation! Great job boys!
