“I called Randy at Innovative Underground after getting several quotes from other companies for repairing a broken sewer tile and lining my sewer lines. I called him at 7:15 a.m. on a Monday and he answered his phone. He was at my house by 12:30 p.m. that day and performed a 2.5 hour camera inspection of my sewer line for free as part of his consultation.
