They were great with my boxer. He's a playful giant and I get nervous people will see his playfulness as aggression but they loved him. He looks great and they even called to check in and make sure the products used were working for him after we left. I will be back.

10/10 would recommend. Our cat is very leery of new people but she was almost immediately at ease here. The staff really take the time to make sure animals feel safe and comfortable. We very very impressed at how quick and painless our nail cutting experience went.
