Seth came out to fix our AC for the second time this year (it's 30 years old and on it's way out). Again, he was so friendly and provided us with so much information! And he was able to make an emergency call on a holiday, and came 2 hours ahead of schedule. Again, fixing our unit before our house had a chance to get hot inside. We will, from now on, only use Just In Time for all of our HVAC needs!
Update: Our AC went out again this year and Mike came to service it. Unfortunately it was toast because of its age (30+ years old) so he gave us our options and suggested we get an estimate to replace both the AC and the furnace. He called the office... read full review
I have used JIT for both my HVAC and Plumbing needs for the past year. I have had nothing but a great experience using them. Prices have been reasonable, techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and they make it really easy to schedule and communicate. Kyle and Rob did our water softener and filter and everything was super easy, looked great, and all my questions were answered! Thanks!
JIT was super responsive for a rush plumbing job for a septic inspection while selling a relative’s house. Called in the afternoon, they were out first thing the next morning. The septic clean out cap had been glued shut. They solved the issue on the spot by cutting off the old cap, saving the threads on the pipe, and replacing the cap. 10/10 would use again.
