Purchased a pre owner 2012 Silverado from Ron Berkoetter (January 2021) and could not be more pleased, allow me to tell you about this buying experience.First, when I called a gentleman named Mic answered right away (no waiting for the prompts!) who was very kind and professional and did not give any unwanted "car salesman" type pressure. Then due to it being late in the day, the owner Ron stayed about 25 minutes after closing to wait for me to arrive to look at the truck, then about another 30 - 45 minutes while I looked at the truck and then did paperwork.Ron was very polite and very patient while I thoroughly looked over the vehicle in their very clean well lit shop....read full review
