Matt and Carla are great! I was out of town when we found out that we had a bat issue. They were prompt and got things started before I returned home with my kids. They were professional, easy to work with and gave a sense of relief in a stressful time. I had received an outrageous estimate from another company and ADC assured me that I would be taken care of for a reasonable price. From the start to the end of the project was 10 day. They were great with communication and were easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend their services to anyone!!!!!

After having an initial walkthrough with the Pure Maintenance team, they recommended a new vapor barrier for our crawlspace before starting any treatments. They were able to provide a recommendation to another company who specializes in crawlspace encapsulation and were able to communicate and coordinate times/dates for installation and treatment with the other company. Very impressed with how quick and efficient the work Pure Maintenance does!
