I called to inquire about an estimate. Alert Electric took the time to ask questions on the phone and give me some pointers. The pointers were great and I feel comfortable doing some troubleshooting. They definitely will get my business if I can't figure this out. GREAT JOB guys!!

2/2/2017. Harold (the owner, I believe) was here in 15 minutes and quickly located the ground fault. He explained everything as he was doing it. He narrowed it down to the underground wire that connects an outlet on the outside of the house to the motor in our septic tank. Harold was very courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up the work area when he was done. I highly recommend Alert Electric!
