I can't have all over color on my scalp (Had allergic reaction). so I get all over Lowlighlights with some crown highlights, which my doctor says is fine. I am accustomed to getting color periodically throughout the years so am not shy about it & need someone who is not timid with coloring.......and is experienced & knowledgeable with it.“

“I had an appointment at 6:30pm. I was called by the salon to reschedule my appointment to 4:30pm. I agreed. I got there at 4:25pm just to be told 20min after they had double booked the slot. They "thought" I canceled my appointment. The lady at the front desk just continued to look at me, not the other person who was doubled book but me. One of us had to offer to wait or reschedule. I'm not upset at the mistake, but the behavior and body language from the front staff towards myself. I'm very disappointed I was expected to accommodate myself a second time for the establishment. The nail technician apologized once I showed proof of my appointment, but it shouldn't have gotten that far.

They have good staff, but their scheduling team is not good. Their website is not friendly, either.“

“Today, I had an incredible appointment. I booked a massage at a place in Grayslake called the Center of Serenity with Dina Becker Massage Therapy & Esthetics owner. I will tell you this, IT WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE thing I could have done in the form of self care for myself. Many people say it is not a need, I am here to attest that it most certainly is. Being stressed empties your cup and daily obligations drain your cup. If you cup is empty YOU CAN NOT BE who you are meant to be. You can not function to your true potential with an empty vessel.When I left there, I felt so relaxed and grounded. I choose the 90 min Rain Drop Method. There are others you can choose from as well. I CAN SAY it was incredible. I feel amazing and recharged.I want you all to know this is an unsolicited review, and I wanted to do this because I know many of you out there are in the same boat I was feeling overwhelmed overworked and stressed, and overwhelmed for many reasons and also just the holiday stress in general. If you are searching for a gift for the person who has everything consider this!! I am pretty sure most anyone would welcome a gift certificate as a gift.“
