Started going here last week. I had a work out session with Nevaeh for joining and I had such a great experience. She was very positive and encouraging. She took me through a functional weight training session that was very good. She even refilled my water bottle when I ran out of water! Highly recommend meeting with her!

My experience signing up to LA. Fitness was great! Everyone was very welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Edward was very informative and answered every question I had. Look forward to starting my workout journey!

Amazing training manger Edward, Jenny. They gave me a really good workout routine and helped my strengths and my weaknesses. Super awesome people would 100% recommend. I really wanted to do the 12 month 101 plan but I don’t have the money financially, but were able to workout a deal with me.
