I made an appointment and had my insurance information filled out at the time of the appointment. When I arrived the nurse tells me she can’t take my insurance because I didn’t have my insurance card in hand with the right number to give her. I had made the appointment for a terrible ear infection and she didn’t want to go above and beyond for me. I had mentioned that the last doctor was able to find it by the paper work I had provided and she said she didn’t do that kind of stuff. I told her that I had my insurance card but i lived 45 min. Sat there for 2 hours after checking with 1 person ahead of me. Nurse prac barely took a look at me and "determined" I had a common cold. I tried to argue with here that this was way worse than a common cold and I had a history of bronchitis and sinus infections. Made an appointment with a real doctor the day after and was informed I have bronchitis, conjunctivitis, and an inner ear infection. These people are beyond useless and provide potentially dangerous "medical care". Thanks for nothing.

Was very quick if you schedule an appointment online. Was there a total of 1 hour. And 30 minutes was just waiting. Not bad. Pleasant doctor. Helpful nurse. Overall a good experience.
