On 7/31 Home Depot (DRF) broke the valve stem in my parents house when installing a new water heater. They haven’t had water for the past 3 days and were at their witts end trying to deal with DRF to fix the issue. DRF said the repair couldn’t be done until Tuesday after inspecting it today (Friday)… Jordan came out and was able to fix the issue in a few hours. I can’t thank him enough for coming out on a Friday night and ensuring my parents would finally have running water. He was upfront and honest with his assessment of the problem and very fair with the pricing. I will definitely be calling him for all our future plumbing needs. Jordan is a good guy and charged a fair price. On top of that he came out on an emergency call in the middle of the night when I had water leaking from my bathroom through my kitchen ceiling.
He did good work and I would be happy to use his company again.
