Called after hours, and Dr. answered the phone himself because he had calls forwarded to his cellphone. He was very polite, answered all my questions, and assured me he would be able to get me in first thing Monday morning. Very helpful. Left me feeling reassured and hopeful about my baby girl!
I rarely write reviews, but I was so grateful for them today.I had a blockage occur during the holidays, the worst possible time, and it put a halt to everything going on in my home.Johnson Plumbing was the only company to even give me a call back during this time (and I had reached out to just about everyone I could find). They kept me up to date on their schedule and were friendly when they arrived. The job was done quickly and without any disruption. The price was unexpectedly reasonable as well. So many thanks.
Although it is still currently operating under the "Name" of Wise family funeral home. It is no longer being ran by Jeremy nor is he any longer the owner. It was just recently brought to our attention that Jeremy sold the funeral home to Mrs Sarah Moore and Jeremy is now residing in Tennessee and has been since last July 2022.My wife and I had previously purchased and prepaid for our services from Jeremy, and we had sent him a personal check through the USPS Mail. Once Jeremy verified that he received the checks, we asked for a receipt for proof of payment for services where Jeremy's response was "Don't worry about a receipt ole buddy, you are all good here". Having known Jeremy and his family for YEARS, he always appeared to be an honest and upstanding person. WELL.....!!! Turns out that was not the real Jeremy. Because as soon as we found out he had sold the funeral home, we instantly tried to contact him to ask what we needed to do in order to further secure the services we had paid him for. We made multiple attempts in different ways to make contact with him. One was by phone call, which was either no longer working (but it did ring) or he knowingly hit the "FU Button". Only reason that is suspected, was because we sent him a private message through FB messenger (for which he is still active on) where we could see that he did receive and see the message. However, Jeremy refused to respond. Sad that not only did we support him and his family, but so has several communities for quite a few years, only for him to take the $$ we paid him in good faith and give us all the finger in his rear-view mirror.THANK GOD FOR MRS SARAH!!! as she did something she absolutely did NOT have to do. With the presentation of our cancelled checks showing proof our having paid Jeremy for our services, Mrs. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure that we were not out the monies we had paid to Mr. Wise. So PLEASE know the Mrs Sarah is a very carrying, honest and upstanding person that is doing here best to smooth out the ripples in the water left behind by Jeremy. She has mentioned changing the name of the funeral home, so please look for that update when it happens, and we ask that you all please give her the opportunity to take care of you and your family as well. THANK YOU TO SARAH AND THE ENTIRE MOORE FAMILY FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT REPRESENTATIONS OF WHAT GOOD HONEST & CARING PEOPLE SHOULD BE! Those are "DEFINITELY" the kind of people we want taking care of us and our families when they are suddenly faced with difficult times during the loss of a family member.
Called for advice about our kitten and they got her in to be seen within 3 hours of calling. We even arrived 30 minutes early and they took us right back. Extremely friendly staff, best pricing around here hands down. We will absolutely be using them as our primary vet. We drove from Macomb and will absolutely make the drive when needed again.
