I was recommended to Mark and Top-It Exteriors from a family friend when I had a leak in my skylight. Mark was prompt in getting touch with me and was able to fit me into the schedule quickly. He gave a very fair price and the Top-It team did exceptional work installing it. I will be using them again for any future projects or needs!

I bought a 90-year old house about 7 years ago. The house was in a state of disrepair so I've had several different contractors work on at least a dozen various projects here. Top It Exteriors has done three projects for me , they replaced the roof on my garage, installed vinyl siding on the garage, and replaced a portion of the roof on the house. The owner Mark doesn't play games like a lot of the contractors that have bid my projects or done work for me here. Like mechanics, a reliable, honest home repair contractor can be hard to find so you go back to them. I haven't had any real problems with their workmanship and the pricing is always lower than the big name companies and competitive among other contractors of their size.
