Dr. Ali was great! After years of going to last-minute-booking optometrist clinics, I was used to the general "routine" exam, mostly performed by office staff, and all the push for unnecessary tests. Dr. Ali was kind, personally examined my eyes, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions which was super refreshing. Staff got back to me right away with details about my insurance. Great follow-up to make sure I had the right prescription for me. Impressive....can't recommend a better eye doctor!

Dr. Ali and his staff are all very welcoming and listen to you. They don’t rush through the exams. I had seen the previous optometrist at this office for almost 10 years, but Dr. Ali is great as well! Highly recommend him for a personal touch to your exams.

Amazing experience. Me being a transgender male I usually have a hard time feeling accepted or feeling comfortable. Yet, I felt welcome. They accepting me and went above and beyond to make sure they addressed me nicely. They were funny and was able to help me choose the right products that would best suit me for the type of work I do. They let me know of issues I had with my eyes that I wasn’t told about by other optometrists in the past.
