The company I work for was trying to get help straightening out our QuickBooks and after months of putting my work on hold all she managed to do was erase the data. No work was done. I was in such bad shape after she got her hands on our QuickBooks. She admitted she hadn't done any work and the only replaced less than half the money we gave her as a deposit. Very Rude Person. I have all our texts to prove it. Don't go here!!!!! By the way, Betsy also works out of the Rockford office.

Called to inquire about services. Not impressed. The woman who answers the phone is rude - no pleasant greeting. Instead of being pleasant, she just asks how I heard about them. Then she transfers me to Mike - who asks "who am I speaking with" - goodness, a potential new customer who wants some information? Then tells me that taxes wouldn't be done by the deadline. Then what would be the point if he can't get taxes done by the deadline? Like Laylah down below said, not impressed. No thanks, big pass!
