I recently hired Hartford Exteriors to replace all my windows and wow, they did an excellent job!I initially contacted Hartford Exteriors to replace one leaky window in my house. But after seeing the quality of the windows in their showroom, getting a price that I was comfortable with, and the windows having both the manufacturer’s warrantee and Hartford’s labor warrantee, it made the most sense for me to replace them all.From the start, they were very pleasant to deal as they are polite and prompt. I immediately knew that I wanted to work with them when they were very straightforward with their pricing. There were no coupons, no special discounts, no “if you sign now price”, and no other sales gimmicks I’ve heard from others in the past.I'd like to consider myself a knowledgeable homeowner and I was impressed by their craftsmanship. The new windows were installed so much better than the old ones and the level of detail on the exterior window capping still amazes me!I am loving my new windows. In addition to looking great, they are easy to operate, already keeping my house cooler on hot days, and I am looking forward to no longer having to put plastic on the windows to keep the draft out in the winters!My only regret is that I didn’t discover Hartford Exteriors earlier to work on my past projects, but I will definitely call them for any future projects. I used Hartford Exteriors in Roselle for only one window. It needed to be shorter, but Hartford Exteriors didn't feel the job is too small. Very professional, excellent customer services and in time from the time I placed the order until the window was installed. For installation, I could not get a better team. Professional, respectful and paying attention to all of my requests, the installation team set the window quick and without any mess. Thank you for amazing job!
