“Autumn Ridge Home Improvements is an amazing company and I highly recommend them to anyone! They completed total renovations in our bathroom and kitchen, installed a new water heater, replaced old cast iron plumbing, and did interior painting. We also had a new roof and all new siding done as well. In the kitchen and bathroom they laid new tile flooring, along with tile on the shower walls. The tile work is exquisite! They really took their time and made sure it looked perfect. Bobby is a perfectionist and makes sure all the work is done to the highest standards. They installed new kitchen cabinets as well, and even caught a measuring mistake from made by the contractor from Home Depot! We should have just has Bobby do it In the first place :) The care and professionalism of Bobby and his crew are unmatched! We had several surprise issues that sprung up during the process (no fault of Autumn Ridge, just things that were discovered during the work being done, such as the main drain pipe being broken for probably years) and Bobby and his team didn’t blink an eye, they just kept rolling with the punches! Throughout the entire time of our renovations, Bobby continually kept us updated on the progress and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. “My husband and I used them for a remodel of our older home. It was a big project and we got quotes from multiple contractors. We couldn't be happier with our choice. They were reasonable, finished in the time frame they quoted us, and most importantly, our home looks great!“

“Rick did a fantastic job on our house. We had a bad hail storm last year and our insurance agent recommended Rick. From the moment he inspected the house, he was extremely professional and helpful. He made sure I understood what the nexts were throughout the entire experience. He helped us communicate with the insurance company when they wanted to replace part of one side. He drove 50 miles to pick up a piece of the “exact match” siding that was 20 years old. Of course, it didn’t match, but we had to follow the insurance process. He then helped us navigate how to work with the insurance company which was a huge stress relief.

After the insurance company agreed to replace the entire side, we decided to have Rick side the entire house. It came out AMAZING. We even added soffits and fascia the night before the siding was installed. It didn’t even phase Rick.

All together, we had siding, roof (with upgraded shingles), gutters and downspouts and soffits and fascia done. We could not be happier. A true partner and advocate through the entire process. Don’t hesitate to choose Rick and his crew. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!“
