“When my linen jacket needed to be pressed for a wedding that was hours away, they took me in on that Saturday for service even after their cutoff time..and to top it off they were kind and compassionate to my sense of urgency and distress..
I called at least 20 other places and was denied service.. it really meant a lot to me that they came through in a pinch, I wish the best for them in all their endeavors. “This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed.
