Put in two new air conditioning units and furnaces because of a break down, ordered crane to lift two units to the roof, found repairman to remove bannister and wall for installation and got permits and everything done on time for what was a huge hub. I use them at my home too and couldn’t recommend them more highly for excellent work and standing the work the do. It’s wonderful to have such great service close by.Service: HVAC system repair
I recently had my entire AC system go down. McNally’s was super quick to come out and let us know what our options were. The sales rep Russ was great in explaining all the options and what we were getting with each one. As someone unfamiliar with HVAC systems, I left this meeting with a great understanding of the systems. The prices were also incredibly competitive and part of the reason we chose them on top of their high reputation.When it came to installation, the professionalism and expertise was just as high. Kyle did an amazing job at diagnosing the issue properly. This was a second opinion after my warranty company sent someone out and they gave the wrong diagnosis. I could tell right away he knew what he was doing and there was no pressure to get the issue fixed with them. I soooo appreciate the immediate service and coming to my home the same day!
