I am going to sue these losers because the ugly fat girl at the register is a malignant narcissist. When I called for my dogs medication which is indicated for cough due to tracheal collapse and was prescribed by her veterinarian, not me, Hydrocodone and Homatriptine 5mg/1.5mg, she saw it was in stock but refused to tell me unless I brought in paper prescription. So I made the trip and she pulled pharmacist aside to confer with her. Then the pharmacist confirmed it was in stock but had to call vet the next day. The pharmacist called next day and lied and said the vet refused and I asked incredulously if they denied writing the Rx. The pharmacist lied more and said it was on wrong paper and they couldn't send electronicly. I left an angry email to the veterinarians. Then I later went to retrieve the paper Rx. It said on the paper that Rx was refused. It said I didn't want paper back. Both lies. I asked the fat girl at the register who instigated this whole thing why the false statements. Eventually another pharmacist came and said it was moot point. I asked why all the inconsistent statements. After grilling him he said no one drives 70 miles for a prescription and they never even waited to hear back from the veterinarian. I told him to fuck off after he said he was going to call security. I said I was simply finally getting answers instead of lies. He looked at me like he was insulted. Genius, you just accused me of a false prescription for my dog - who was in the truck outside with my other dog - and never confirmed with veterinarian that wrote it. Meanwhile fat girl at register is watching all the chaos she caused between professionals like me - a lawyer - and the pharmacists. Then the veterinarian confirmed later that they finally spoke to pharmacist after calling back and apologized to me for all the trouble it caused. I told veterinarian that they slandered the veterinarian by lying and caused me to said angry email to my dogs caretaker, the veterinarian. Fat girl at the register has another notch in her belt. I want to sue them all.

I believe in giving recognition when you receive excellent customer service. The pharmacy techs here are ALWAYS friendly, fast, and super helpful. Ridge, one of the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me when my doctors office as usual took forever faxing my prescription. Will never go anywhere else for my prescriptions.
