They are very informative when it comes to options and pricing, and are accommodating and respectful when it's time to say goodbye. The clinic takes the time to thoroughly diagnose and treat pets, as shown when a cat received urgent care and attention, and when a dog lost 3 pounds and was walking more often. They also demonstrate excellent communication with pet owners, with follow-up calls after procedures. Hononegah Animal Hospital is a compassionate and skilled veterinary clinic.
They listened to me! My dog needed a rather large skin tag removed, and I'm nervous about general anesthesia, so we talked and they did it with a local anesthetic. My dog didn't feel a thing because I was giving him treats dipped in peanut butter.
I LOVE this office!! My pets are treated so well, just like they are family at the office and to me of course. Nothing but great things to say about ALL of their staff members. Whether im calling in a panic about a fur baby or im at the office for a yearly my pet and I feel like a priority everytime!! I cant say thank you enought to Hononegah Animal Hosp. 🥰❤️
Hononegah Animal Hospital is phenomenal. Our dog was treated by Dr. Barnstable, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. As she went through her battle with cancer, we always felt safe, supported, and cared for. Every single person we interacted with was patient, gentle, and genuinely devoted to her well-being. We are so grateful for the care she received and would highly recommend Hononegah Animal Hospital to anyone.
