I have to say that I lucked out when I found Flood Pros and Jenny B., Jose and Juan. I now have a beautiful Window Well thanks to Jose and Juan, with Jenny's guidance. This time it was installed properly. Whatever company installed the initial Window Well, they did a poor job; they didn't even take the time to bolt down the Well! Now, when those Midwest rains, I'll feel so much more comfortable knowing that my basement Window has been properly installed. It looks great! Then, too, I had cracks in my basement and they have been properly taken care of.

Jose was amazing not only for the waterproofing in tte basement (injecting the cracks to seal them) but the new window well . His crew did a buried water deviation to eliminate the need for downspouts on one side of our home . Thank you to the entire crew and Flood Pros/Advantage Quik Dry for your help in eliminating a serious problem. Vince and Merrilee Ingrassia

Jose was our flood expert. He was easily able to figure out where the crack in the foundation was, and it was a really nasty one that went almost all the way to the basement floor. He was able to cut a reasonable size hole that was neatly executed and inject a rubberized mixture into it. He was very nice and cleaned up all the debris . The price was reasonable as well. Hopefully we won’t have another basement issue in some other part, but if we do we would call them again. They live up to their name!
