Lenny helped us get a new roof covered by insurance. He made the process very easy, doing all of the communication with the insurance company. He was quick and effective, and easy to communicate with. We were having some minor leaking issues and he patched everything up in the meantime while the paperwork went though without charging us extra.

Lenny was quick with communication and scheduling. Custom Upgrades was the third company we had come out to take a look at a roof leak. Lenny was honest, and fixed a nail hole that was causing the leak, and saved us the 15-17k the other two companies quoted for a new roof. We feel blessed to have found this business to do our siding job! We had put off our residing project for well over a year because after speaking with numerous contractors, we felt increasingly apprehensive. After calling and meeting with the Custom Upgrades business owner, we felt very confident in hiring him for the job...So glad we did. He was extremely punctual, polite and professional. We were beyond impressed with how meticulous he was, a true perfectionist. When finished, the siding looked beautiful and the bill was modest. We'll definitely be calling this business again for the next house project!
