I’ve worked with Home Improvements on three projects now. My two past projects (installing an entry door and a new roof on the house and garage), and the current project (installing a garage side door), were all quickly and expertly done, with no mess left behind. Julie made it extremely easy to book the appointment for the work (yes, an added bonus is that you can talk to a real person at this company!), and Mike (the sales rep) presented with me an honest and accurate estimate prior to starting any of the work. The prices are fair, and this is one of the few companies I've dealt with that consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend using Home Improvements.

“Ultimate View replaced all of our windows, along with front and back doors and a sliding door. We live in a nearly 100 year old home so any updates are not straightforward. One of my biggest concerns was lead dust mitigation given we have a toddler. Tom is certified in this area. The job was completed while we were away and the house was immaculate on our return. They take the lead concerns very seriously. Tom provided excellent suggestions and was incredibly easy to work with. His crew has been with him for 20 years and it shows. We got 5 quotes and Ultimate View's quote was fair and reasonable for the scope of work. We've had several severe rains to test the windows and have not had any issues. Would certainly recommend and use again!“

His crew did everything from start to finish - Hardie Board siding, decorative stone veneers, gutters, doors and exterior lighting - the complete package. What a difference - a complete transformation. If you thinking about your next project, give Phil a call and obtain a quote. You won't be disappointed. Best of as all, he stands behind his work. Although this is quality craftsmanship, there might be an issue or two that needs attention. Communicating with Nick made the process so easy and seamless. He always ensured to get back to us in a timely manner and follow up with us when there was availability in the schedule. He also worked with our timing, as we were delayed in signing the contract until our insurance could do their inspection of our roof.
