My two past projects (installing an entry door and a new roof on the house and garage), and the current project (installing a garage side door), were all quickly and expertly done, with no mess left behind. “Ultimate View replaced all of our windows, along with front and back doors and a sliding door. We live in a nearly 100 year old home so any updates are not straightforward. One of my biggest concerns was lead dust mitigation given we have a toddler. Tom is certified in this area. The job was completed while we were away and the house was immaculate on our return. They take the lead concerns very seriously. Tom provided excellent suggestions and was incredibly easy to work with. His crew has been with him for 20 years and it shows. We got 5 quotes and Ultimate View's quote was fair and reasonable for the scope of work. We've had several severe rains to test the windows and have not had any issues. Would certainly recommend and use again!“

Although this is quality craftsmanship, there might be an issue or two that needs attention. “Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.“
