I recently visited a dentist for the first time and I must say, they were incredibly helpful. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the procedures I needed.One aspect that truly impressed me was their willingness to accommodate my financial situation. They offered payment plans, which made it much easier for me to afford the necessary dental work. First time visit for a consultation with Dr. Townsend who was very informative and answered all of my questions. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The office atmosphere was calming and I am looking forward to having all of my future dental needs taken care of by this office.

I have always been the type to go from dentist to dentist, having work done but never going back. I had no loyalty at all, until I came to Romeoville Smiles snd Dr. Townsend. This office does not use a hard sell and I like that. The problems I had were identified quickly and resolved quickly also. The staff is very friendly and the financial matters are handled very well, my new Dental insurance was checked before I came for the visit. The prices seem reasonable compared to other places. Another thing I really like: I have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room, my appointments have always been right on time.
