I visited this Lifetime directly after being turned away from the Warrenville location due to their wait list and discriminatory member process. The front desk staff here were exceptionally friendly, and the entry process was smooth and efficient.

After getting emailed the lifetime survey, the front desk lead immediately called me after I submitted my response. Doreen was very open to feedback and gave me some recommendations for classes! Happy to hear that this lifetime is attentive to the customer satisfaction provided

Been there 20 years now! Great place to work out! Clean spacious locker rooms. A variety of workout options that keep you motivated. I always feel good when I'm done. I highly recommend it. The front desk staff is excellent! Personal training staff is excellent! People will always criticize no matter where you go. There usually looking for something for nothing and didn't receive it.
