“I contracted DSM for a move out clean prior to listing the house. From start to finish this was a great experience. In part, I think this is because Guillermo, the business owner, also was part of the team to do the cleaning - giving him direct involvement with the actual service. Guillermo was very attentive and responsive when I first placed my inquiry. He send timely reminders before the scheduled date to make sure it all still works, showed up on time and got to work right away after a walk through. The job took 6.5hrs to complete. Walking into the house afterwards, it looked and smelled great.From sparkling shower windows, to removal of water residue from a tile floor, floorboards to drawers and appliances - this was well done. No question, I'd hire DSM again, and I definitely would use them for regular maintenance cleaning if this was still needed. Thank you!“

“I love excellence in customer service!! I walked into an unfamiliar Walmart today & was obviously a little lost but, thanks to Emily when I asked her where something was she literally stopped what she was doing immediately & escorted me to what I was looking for!! Superb job Emily!!! This young lady is so amazing! I'm so grateful for a spirit of excellence! Emily thanks for going above & beyond the call of duty! I had literally forgot her name & called the store back to try & find her however, because Lidia (the lady on the switch board) & I figured out that I had the name wrong I decided to switch my plans & find this amazing young lady for myself so that I could get her name correct for this review! Lidia was so incredibly patient, friendly & kind smiling through the phone is rare but, she accomplished it very well! Kudos to Lidia for even taking out the time to try & locate the person I was looking for! Special thanks to Walmart for hiring such a super stars!! I pray blessings & increase over Lidia, Emily & especially Yesnia from produce for walking through the store to help me rediscover Emily! May God continue to prosper Walmart especially this location which apparently has a great wealth of talent!
