“Everything started by ********************* from Alliance Roofing & Exterior knocking on my door to ask if he could check my roof as he indicated that we had in this region damage related to wind. I agreed to let him check my roof on another day.He came back, climbed the ladder, and said there was damage indeed. He showed me that Alliance was an authorized installer of GAF, a top product that had a layer attached to the plywood fixed on the house frame, and the shingles on the top. It is like having a dual protection for my home. GAF provides life time warranty for their product.*** filled out the authorization to initiate a claim with State Farm that included replacement costs considering my roof already had 30 years.When the State Farm adjuster came, *** was here, and he agreed that the roof had to be replaced and the skylight as we had water damage in my bathroom. State Farm is covering that as well.During the entire process I had the pleasure to meet *******************, one of the owners of Alliance. ***** assisted to expedite the installation and minor issues we had that were fixed 100% to my satisfaction.Today I have a brand-new roof that should be able to resist a lot of rain, wind, and hail.I recommend using Alliance Roofing @ Exterior for any roofing needs.“

“Anthony and his team did an amazing job! Skyline worked with our insurance to get approvals and payments for hail damage on our gutters and siding. They were always here with the inspectors making sure everything was noted in the reports and they were the contact for the insurance to get the payments processed. They made the process easy for us.

We also updated our roof while they were here and they were easy to work with through the entire process. Even though issues arose, Anthony was able to explain things so we understood which enabled us to make the best decision for us. He was also incredibly responsive when we had questions.

“We hired Holda Construction to do a roof repair on my roof that wasn’t even a year old. The prior roofing company would not honor their 7 year warranty. We called several other roofing companies and did not get any response back. Holda Construction not only came out right away, but they also took the time to educate us on ventilation and attic insulation. We were very pleased with the work they did as well as the clean up.
We highly recommend Holda Construction, they were all very nice and extremely hard workers. I felt very at ease and feel strongly that they can be trusted.

“We recently had all of our windows redone with new Marvin double-hung, custom built to match the look of our century-old house and optimized to reduce exterior noise as much as possible (cars and planes). Robert in particular did a phenomenal job working very closely with us and even went above and beyond catching some inconsistencies in our initial estimates from the manufacturer, ensuring that everything met our exact needs. We got quotes from quite a number of the local contractors, but none were as relaxed and supportive as him. It was the exact opposite of pushy.

On top of all that, the quote was solidly competitive and the installation was extremely well done. Every old house is unique and the crew did a terrific job on ours, both with the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new. Our neighbors can't seem to stop complementing how good they look, and how perfectly they match the character and appearance of the originals!

“We had such an amazing experience with A&D. Our converted attic second floor had always been significantly hotter than the rest of the house in the summer and colder in the winter, so we suspected that there was an insulation issue. We had been putting off doing any work because of the expense, but after a few leaks, we finally had to call it. We had a terrible estimate experience with another company who gave us only one (expensive) option that did not include any possibility of additional insulation. When I explained the issues we were having and our budget concerns to A&D, though, Ian gave me a thorough estimate for multiple different options, ranging from simply patching the leaks to a full tear-off with new insulation, all new plywood, and a new ventilation system. Because of how reasonable the price was and how comfortable Ian made us, we decided to go with the full tear off, and we're so glad we did. Even with everything they had to do, the job was completed in a single day, and the crew cleaned everything up perfectly. The difference upstairs from the insulation and ventilation is night and day: we no longer have that huge temperature jump on hot days, and it's just so much more comfortable. We also feel so much more reassured that we won't have any more leaks or other issues. Ian kept in touch throughout the process, from answering questions to texting us updates as the roof was being done. I seriously cannot recommend A&D enough, and I plan to use them for other projects in the future.“

“I've used AB Edwards for two large projects at my house - a full roof replacement after hail damage and existing stucco repair. On both projects, they were professional in terms of communication prior to and ultimately the quality of the work. Both projects required some components that were quoted as time & materials (removing stairs to access stucco and replacing wood decking on the roof) and both times they were fair and transparent in the process, coming in under the good faith estimates they provided before and during the work.“
