I was disheartened to read recent reviews disparaging the construction side of this company. Our pool was completed about 5 years ago, and we did not encounter any of the difficulties described by those who have worked with the company more recently. I think it bears noting that we have been impressed, from day one, and consistently thereafter, with the maintenance side of the company. Skip and his team are responsive, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and considerate. Quantus Pools went above and beyond to repair our pool stairs and missing concrete around our pool. Of years of use, the concrete stairs started to break apart. We called Quantus Pools and they gave us a fair quote. Once the job started, we ran into more and more problems with the concrete breaking apart. Skip and his team came out multiple times to repair everything. In just a few days, the stairs looked brand new once they power washed and painted the entire pool.Every morning I would get advanced noticed through email, letting me know who the technician would be and what they were going to be working on that day.
