Alpha exterior is so hard to get a hold of and they took a long time to work with my insurance. When I needed an emergency work done to my roof, they were not responsive at all and I have to resort on finding a different company. I emailed them my concerns but no reply and then I had to resort in terminating the contract but instead of getting in touch with me, they came to my house without my permission and removed the tarp that they installed and also the tarp that the other company has installed. Who does that??? Especially the snow storm is coming tomorrow!!!Service: Roof repair
