The hospital is known for its fast medication refills, immediate scheduling, and exceptional bedside manner, making it a standout in the community.
I love it here. I think its privately owned and I personally love that. I left other vet clinics because I felt like they pressured me or made me feel guilty for wanting to be involved in my pets care and advocate when I didnt agree with something. Dr. Knilans is so caring and listens! I drive all the way from Rockford but its worth it!
Dr. Knilans is the best! They are accommodating when you have a need to get in right away. Very knowledgeable and doesn’t rush through appointments. They really care about your pet!
Our pets have always received compassionate care and excellent treatment. Going to the veterinarian can be an anxious experience but our pets have never been frightened or scared which is a testament to the doctor and his staff's professionalism.
