“iRoof Exteriors did the siding and gutters for our home and we are extremely happy with the whole experience. Dan Metz, the owner, personally came to our home to give us an estimate. He followed up with a digital program that we could try different colors of siding on a replica of our own house! It made it much easier to decide what colors we wanted to choose for the final project. After the supplies arrived, the iRoof crew arrived early one morning and completed the siding job in ONE day. The whole crew were very pleasant and worked hard all day long to get the job done. The gutter team arrived two days later to complete the job. After our inspection we found a couple little flaws that needed to be fixed and after calling Dan he had one of his team members out to get those little issues fixed.
I would highly recommend iRoof Exteriors for your next siding and/or gutter project. There estimate was one of the best and the final cost didn't change either! Great team and awesome job! I've included some before and after photos. No more painting!“

“When Andrew, a Project Manager with Scandia, stopped by my house to let me know hail damage had occurred in my neighborhood, I was skeptical. He informed me his company was replacing the roof on a couple of homes in my area due to a storm. I allowed Andrew access to my roof; he did a thorough job providing me with photographic documentation of hail damage, and helped walk me through the process of making a claim to my insurance company. When the Insurance Adjuster came to my home to see if insurance would pay for the damage, Andrew came along, too. He stayed with the Adjuster, pointing out all the areas with damage, until all the Adjuster's questions were satisfied. This may sound like no big deal, but it took the Adjuster a VERY long time, and Andrew remained professional and patient throughout the process. The Insurance Adjuster approved my house for a brand new roof. Andrew's team did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing my roof. They were courteous, hard-working, on-time, and did a excellent job cleaning up any mess they made. We had additional damage to our decking; Andrew and his team at Scandia worked hard with my insurance company to get that paid for as well. During the insurance approval process and contract signing, Andrew keep in touch regularly. He has excellent communication skills; he's definitely an all-around nice guy! “TRADEMARK RESTORATION just replaced my hail damaged roof here in Madison WI and it looks amazing! I highly recommend this company for several reasons. It was immediately apparent that they truly care about their craft and customers. I appreciated their ability to communicate thru the process. My home did have a flat roof area which had been neglected by me for years. The roof decking was replaced (yes-I watched them tear off the rotted sections) with new wood and covered with Mod Bit. These guys are problem solvers and excellent craftsman! Jay conducted all the negotiation with the insurance adjuster to ensure all details were covered and no surprises. Work was completed very timely and cleanup was excellent. I am not a fan of gutter guards, but they were replaced and look great.
