She is professional, has excellent technique and has made time for me when I thought my back was gonna leave me on the floor!In response to a recent review I saw- last minute cancellations have a huge impact on a small business. If someone cancels 5 times that’s a loss of 500 dollars (for example). How is someone to pay rent when they are at a loss of 2000 per month? Cancellation policies are there to help small businesses stay open. Maybe that person should have said directly he would make up for it next time. SMH“
