HORRIBLE , Dont see Jill Haase does not care at all. Went to go see her for the first time and I literary cried when I left. I already have alot of medical issues and suffer from depression. She treated me horrible, made me feel horrible about myself and my concern. I have never out of 52 years had this experience before with a doctor.
Horrible have been here since 3:45 (currently time 6:30) with a bleeding eye and haven't received any treatment or been seeing you can be dying and they'll make you wait "emergency care what a joke"It's not my first time here I've came sick and they also forgot to give me my medicine. Horrible place STAY AWAY
if I could rate it at a zero I womild rate it at a -0 they miss diagnose their patients. The patients have over three hours of waiting time the place was filthy. I thought I was going to get sick by just sitting in there with a friend. A lot of the emergency room staff are very rude and you do not get good quality care there, and if it was up to me, the friend of mine would've never went there. but considering this is Rockford I guess this is the care you have to receive when you move here. 100% thumbs down first hospital ever
