We had a loved one pass unexpectedly and had to travel in from out of town. We needed to quickly arrange services and invite guests with little time to prepare. Lance was very accommodating and even put together an informal service for us as we could not arrange a Rabbi in such a short time frame. Lance answered our questions, kept us up to date on the process, and ensured our guests were comfortable and catered to. We appreciated the professional service provided by Lance and his team.
