Luke came by and showed us samples of pella windows. He was thorough and did a good job showing us the products. Although the price was way out of our budget definitely would recommend if you can afford it.
Products get 5 stars... Humans get the following... Installers get 5 stars, measuring guy gets 5 stars, office for notifying us/transposing numbers... 2 stars (not 1 star, because they were pleasant and accommodating when I talked to them in person) and salesperson 2 stars (not 1 star because he was pleasant/not arrogant).Had 5 out of 6 windows installed. Someone, between the measuring guy and the factory, inputted the wrong measurement of one of the windows (I know it was not the measurement guy, because he commented it was the same size as an other window).~The installers were great... We have been installing Pella windows and doors in our homes for over 30 years. Pella windows and doors have proven to be better than any other windows on the market and having their own national service team is a real plus for us and our clients. We couldn't be happier with our salesman Josh Wayne. Our clients love his professionalism and depth of product knowledge.
