i liked the way Susan Winterbauer NP, treated me. She treated me. like a cancer patient,which I am , and the cancer will never leave my body. She treated me with trust, now we both have trust between each other.
Jessica Epperson was my grandmother's physician until she passed about a month ago. She was fantastic with my grandma, despite my grandmother's stubbornness at times. My grandmother refused to make any appointment with anyone else at Oak Street and would only see Jessica. Jessica listened to her and you could tell she truly cared. Jessica knew she was a partner in my grandmother's health and not a dictator, which is what I think my grandmother liked most about her and makes a her a great healthcare professional. Jessika was very helpful by assisting me to get a rx that I had lost and the overall visit was very good. I definitely refer your office often. My only concern is when I order rx and the refills are needed by my doctor, I am not advised when the doctor doesn't respond.
