First off, when I called to book a same day appointment the staff was super friendly. All of the employees that I met were awesome,creative and had great personalities. I had Diana and she was able to execute the picture better than I imagined! The process did take about 2 hours but honestly it was so worth it!!! She was able to provide me with natural looking nails that also weren't too thick with acrylic but still sturdy. I enjoyed myself and will be back in 2 weeks!!!

Everyone is SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! I came in with a horrible acrylic/dip powder hybrid done elsewhere(the mall place, ew)and was able to get an appointment at Nova the following day. I had my previous set soaked off and a new set done from scratch that look AMAZING. I'm so happy!
