I honestly cannot understand any negative reviews. The staff is beyond amazing and make you feel so comfortable while there. Their service is top notch. The service time may be a little longer but the quality is the best in the area and how thorough they are. My wife and I have gone all over and in comparison to Nova, there is nobody close. If you want designs then Nova has you covered. I went from barely having good looking simple shapes to great unique images and designs. I know everyone has their experiences and opinions but I’ve never been disappointed.

I think they have paid enough attention to details compared so many of the other nail salons I’ve been to in the states.
The one thing I believe they can improve on is being more careful when shaping the nails. Making sure they are all centered and the same shape (rather than similar shape ish).
Definitely still recommend this place in the area, make sure to call ahead

Requested style: I wanted red and black ombré nails and was nervous about requesting it because I’d never gotten that style before. They came out PERFECT!! My nail tech wouldn’t let me walk away without them being perfect
Cleanliness: Everything was super cute, modern, and clean
Stylist: The stylists are super friendly and talkative!!
