I recently bought a vehicle that only came with one key fob. For obvious reasons I wanted a second one just in case something was to happen to it .I called yesterday to inquire about the cost of said fob as well as the programming , and laser cutting of the emergency key. They gave me an initial quote and the price was far below dealer price. I stoppped in to order the one I needed . They found that they had one available in stock ,so long story short . I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes with the spare one in hand . As an added bonus the cost was actually a bit less than the original quote. Brought a small safe in that I couldn’t unlock because I didn’t change the batteries in a couple of years and I lost the key. These guys were attentive, professional and cleverly opened my safe. Charge was minimal. Thank you.

We needed to get in our house and we called and Ralph Northrup came out in 45 minutes, in the dark and in the rain. He got us in our house and we were so glad. His personality was excellent and he is very professional. Thank you Ralph
