I've been apart of Excel for 22 years in some way or another! It is my second home and I will always recommend this school. If you're looking for a place to learn discipline, skill, and determination, this is it!

I have been a student at Excel for five years now. Because of the instructor's amazing teaching skills, I have become a multi-time grand champion and a one-time national champion at only 14. I consider this place my second home, and the people are incredibly welcoming to newcomers. I cannot recommend this place and these people enough.

Been training here for a couple weeks now and love it they make you feel like family and have a variety of different types of martial arts from weapons karate,taekwondo, muy Thai,boxing,and I heard they gonna start jiu-jitsu soon im so excited master Gonzalez is amazing and master vega is amazing too master vega also gives free self defense on wensday for the community on wensdays at the rockford location highly recommended
