The staff here are great. I only take my kids here as i went there as a kid too. As an adult i have been to many different dentists and it is hard to want to stay at the same place more than once. However, i am happy with the care and consistency here as well as my kids are comfortable and that is most important to me.

Called to make an appointment for my son and told them I had BCBS of Wisconsin and before I could finish reading the info they said "we don't take state insurance, try xyz"...It's private PPO insurance. I just didn't finish reading the card.Front desk needs to slow down and not assume they know. They made me feel less than the way they dismissed me. I didn't feel the need to correct them with that attitude.

I have wrote a review that was not very nice. I was very pleased they reached out to me and we were able to talk about some issues. They were very kind and willing to here me out and we both agreed on a solution. Thank you for taking your time and reading your reviews. I greatly appreciate that not only do you take good care of my children's teeth but also other issues that may come up.
