I went as a walk-in for a calf injury and my PA-C was Keith Campion. He was real nice and professional, explained his diagnosis in detail and what options I had to care for it.The wait time was reasonable, and the intake staff were very helpful in correcting some paper work for me. It seems a lot of people have had a bad experience here but I have no complaints about the people I interacted with. It was on a Friday around 5:30p.m.
Jaqueline Cabrera saved my life. Literally! For 8+ years I have been suffering from menstrual female issues. I am 61 years old. I told Dr. Cabrera I was worried. She is the only Doctor Who took me seriously and took testing and scans to the next level. It turns out I had endometrial cancer. She referred me to UW Madison to a gynecological oncologist who treated me. If she hadn’t listened to my concerns in taking them seriously I don’t know if I would be here today. I think God for Dr. Cabrera. She really listens to you. She does not dismiss your concerns.
I went to walk in care today it was busy but within 45 min I was into the Dr. Nurse who checked me in wonderful, caring listening forgot her name. Then PA Keith Campion came in what a breath of fresh air. He listened, explained, showed me pics of my issue on his laptop. Went over meds and treatment with me so respectful. He gave me the time didn't hurry me & I was just darned impressed. I asked if he took regular patients he said No he is just on walk in clinic side drats To bad I would love to see him again. I went to Crusader for 10 years on W. State before Alpine was built. I saw good Dr. there he finally left Crusader for private practice. I had stayed with Crusader...read full review
