I located Todd through Google and his extensive listings of very positive 5 star reviews.We had a great experience with Todd. I needed a home inspection after my son and his wife found a home they were interested in.Todd was flexible and quick to accommodate our schedule. He had arrived and opened the house prior to our appointed time. Todd completed a very thorough home inspection and noted issues that might have not been addressed by others with less experience. My wife found Todd off his stellar Google Reviews and we investigated his website we loved his attention to detail & his credentials--he is the real deal! We decided to give him a call to do our inspection. Todd was early, professional, and very good at explaining things as he went through the inspection with us.
