“My air conditioner went down on a Friday night and right before a major heatwave. I called Allen Heating & Cooling the very next morning and got an immediate response when I called. Shortly thereafter, one of their techs, Andy, called me and after we talked, I told him that I wanted him to come over and perform the diagnostic on my HVAC system. Within a short amount of time, he came to my house and found that the contactor inside the air conditioner had an internal short. Since it was a Saturday, when the supply stores are closed, he wasn't able to get the part until Monday morning. I called Allen's Monday morning and spoke with Laura. She was super nice and was able to find the exact contactor for my a/c at a local supply store. It wasn't long before Andy was here to put the new part in. He worked quickly and thoroughly and a few minutes later, my air conditioner was up and running again. I'm very favorably impressed with this HVAC company for their immediate response to my needs, their professionalism, and Andy's accuracy in correctly diagnosing the faulty part that needed to be replaced.
