Five star for sure! Very much satisfied I was all broke up I tryed three other people when I called Alonzo!! Royal repair.. he calmed me down and analyzed my computer he fixed my computer without even having to spend Buku bucks on parts VERY SMART Knowledgeable and an intelligent guy to have Highly recommended!!!

One might say he knows entirely too much information lol, but in this case in all the right ways. Made a house call on short notice and had a problem I butted heads with for two days resolved in just a couple hours and gave me a sound diagnostic with recommendations for improvement on other things in the process. Would definitely recommend

Alonso does fantastic work. He built us a computer specific to our needs. We also requested certain security features and he was able to get everything working perfectly! I highly recommend him.
