I went in with extreme anxiety from some past issues that gave me PTSD. I also have medical anxiety from a stroke a few years ago. Being put under for 3 teeth extractions had me shaking in my shoes. The nurse/tech was so understanding and nonjudgmental compared to some other dentist I completely blew off because of lack of understanding. Yes, I avoided getting my teeth pulled for a whole year, if you have PTSD and anxiety, then you’ll understand. She walked me through the whole process and assured me all along the way. The staff was courteous, pleasant and proffessional. The office was clean, well kept and comfortable for the short time I was there.Most of all, they were patient and helpful in getting my loved one's needs taken care of, and navigating her special needs. Stuff happens, and through it all, our needs were met without a glitch. Thank You

Today at All Family Dental and Braces, the staff that handle my child, did very well working as a team. The dentist explained very well what he was going to do before working on my child. Good appointment!
