This gym is the one I frequent the most everything you need and absolutely amazing people who workout there. The owners are especially nice and it's cheap. I've been going for 2 years and it feels like a home from home never had a bad time at either location.
I am fortunate and thankful to use this gym on overnights in the Quad Cities. I love this gym. Abundance amount of equipment and it’s all old school! I always get a great workout here.
First, I travel for a living and see a lot of gyms. The owner and operator (Coral) is one best I have met. He is a down to earth dude and is here to help and is very accommodating! The gym has the most character I have seen in a gym in a long time. By this I mean it is old school equipment that gets the job done.
