OTR driver here, this place is awesome! No bunk heater, they got me in immediately, fixed it, working heat in 1 hour. Special shout out to Billy and Ortez, if you come here, you definitely won't regret it. Thanks y'all, super job !
Should’ve wrote this yesterday but today will have to do.Had and APU PROBLEM my service Mgr called said location,said they could get me in ASAP,I was 60 miles away.I showed up and as promised started service,now.I believe Marty was my service technician???That guy was very thorough and even wash out my unit which I’m sure has never been done.All repairs were completed,(broken wire,Alternator).Rewired unit and it purrs like a kitten.Thankyou valley transportation
I chose this location, even drove out of route to get here, on the advice of a fellow driver friend of mine who has had work done here in the past.Rolled in at 10:15 with an APU issue, was put into the bay immediately after dropping my trailer. Problem turned out to be a broken belt and it was replaced quickly.When checking operation afterwards, tech noticed the alternator was failing so I had him replace it, and got a new belt on that side as well. I was kept informed of what was happening at all times.I was out the door before 1300. Everyone I interacted with in the building were nice, in decent spirits, and seemed to be willing to answer any questions I had.
