I spoke to a few companies prior and had an appointment set for the following Tuesday just to take a look because that was the earliest I thought I could have anyone there. When Bob reached out he said “no, we can be there Friday with the camera to get a look at what we’re dealing with and be back on Monday to start work. This is an emergency”. By Friday mid day he had someone here setting barrels in the front yard to block off the street for when they start work. Bob and Zack were both friendly, caring and very clear on what they were doing throughout the whole process. I will be honest, before this happened, I had never heard of Tappendorf Plumbing but they have a customer for life. “I called to schedule a drain cleaning as our basement drain was backing up and it smelled TERRIBLE. they got us in same day and were early to the job!!! I felt bad for the poor guy because of the standing water smell in the basement. I didn't catch his name but bless him for the work he does. He gave me some tips to keep the clog down and had our drain cleared in about 20 mins. Will use again if ever needed.“
