“Had our condenser catch fire Aug 27th, 2024 (one of the hottest days on record). Found A1 on google the next morning and gave them a call. Their rep, Berry, was onsite first thing in the morning and took a look at our situation. He pointed out the long standing issues with getting cold air up the the 2nd story, and provided multiple solutions to fix our air and address the issues.

The price came in at a fair competitive price and the very next morning his team completed the AC replacement. Berry’s suggestions were spot on for 2nd story cooling as well, with the new AC unit it runs a bit longer, but cool air actually makes it to the 2nd story now.
